Quaint atmosphere, good vegetarian options. Would go back again.

We had a large family brunch here over the holidays and it was great!!! Lots of options with a super cool setting! Typical counter service style restaurant but very very good. Being a WNY native now living out of town, Taste is a top priority for me when I’m in town.

Nice place for a coffee and a bite to eat. Coffee was good, prices seemed a little steep ($6+ for a large tea a large regular coffee). No trash can by the coffee prep bar and only one in the whole place. I would of been just as happy if not more at Starbucks. It was ok and convenient.

Quaint little place with a wide variety of food and coffee. I would def recommend this place and enjoyed our coffee and lunch there

With the new ownership came selfish, unwelcome changes. For instance, the avocado toast; for $8 you now get ONE small slice of unremarkable toast with a thin smear of avocado and one thin slice of tomato. No bacon, no poached egg, no sliced red onion, no sprouts, no butter or even black pepper. Nothing fun. The Hubbard salad is all greens and a very tiny scoop of chicken salad for $12!! My baby granddaughter ate the chicken salad up in two bites and I dined on plain greens. A rabbit would have gotten bored with this meager, plain meal. I wish I could give this place more than two thumbs down.

I'm never disappointed when I go here. I love the atmosphere here: artsy and rustic. The drinks are yummy and generously proportioned. The food is fresh and we'll presented. The staff is always friendly too. I like the unique way they announce your orders. This is a good place to go to hang out.

Lots of coffee/food choices. Staff was very accommodating to my no bagel request & offered another choice. Didn't rush us out. A lot of people were working on their lap tops. Great trendy coffee shop.

Ordered the lobster roll no where in the description does it say that it’s not lobster- it’s made with the frozen packages of imitation lobester/ crab that you buy in the frozen sea food section - although it was a tasty sandwich not what I thought I would be getting- $15 dollars for an imitation sandwich is a bit steep

Had the warm mulled apple cider and it was delicious.

service is terribly slow and rude. the food is not good. warm sandwich served cold on hard bread. yogurt parfait is similar to what you can get at a gas station served with a teeny tiny cup of granola. the barista was not friendly at all. disappointing all around.

Delicious breakfast options, espresso drinks, and lunch dishes. I had the garden salad with chicken, served with gourmet crackers and smooth feta cheese. The berries were ripe and sweet. We waited about 20 minutes for our food, during the lunch rush. Service was friendly and efficient. The decor was modern industrial, very millennial! :) Loved the food and the vibe, would come again!

Really great cafe/restaurant! Great atmosphere and everyone was friendly. Slightly longer wait but we went on a Sunday around brunch so that is to be expected. The food simply amazing! My wife and bother both got French toast and said it was some of the best they have ever had. I had the bagel eggs benedict which was a nice breakfast option! Would highly recommend.

Great food great service

This is a great place to sit and have a great breakfast/lunch. Fast service, large menu. Lots of bottled drinks to chose from as well. The food is great and so is the coffee. Tables have USB charging ports for convenience. Overall a great place to get a quick bite to eat in under 30 minutes.

I always get the Hubbard in the cupboard except without the salad. It is a delicious chicken salad with a lot of celery and cranberries! I had the tiramisu today and it was fabulous. I like the atmosphere. The staff is always terrific.

Terrible customer service- all of the employees working there seemed like they were new and didn’t know what they were doing- ordered a Sunrise Benedict and got a bagel with egg and a piece of cheese the size of a quarter, missing the spinach, tomatoes, hollandaise, and onion. When I went to get a new one, the chef already knew he messed it up (but served it anyway).UPDATE: Yes, once I returned the order to the counter it was corrected right away.

The food is fine. The staff is great, and the Coffee is excellent. The prices are moderately reasonable, and if you love Spot Coffee in Buffalo, you'll think this is good enough.

We enjoyed our lunch very much. Salad was very big. Red Pepper Gouda soup was so good. Will be sure and visit again.

High-quality ingredients, great service, nice environment. I've had about 10 of the items on the menu, and all were good or great.

Absolutely loved it! The food was delicious! Best mocha I have ever had and my mango smoothie was to die for. Highly recommend Taste ☺

Cute, but a little on the pricey side. The smores cookie was good, but I'm not sure if it was stale or something, but it was HARD. No give at all. Good place for a date.

Very poor service placed a order for French toast the woman asked if I would like syrup I said yes she said pullover I will bring it out to you.she brings it out to me I drive away go across the street to eat in my car the French toast was as hard as my steering wheel not to mention NO SYRUP I will never bring myself or friends here ever again what a wasted trip

Great atmosphere, excellent food options, and hot/cold drinks. Only suggestion I'd give is try to setup a better system of efficiency in getting out orders. It's tough when it's busy, but there may be some improvements that can be made there to streamline the process.

Such a nice spot! The people who work here are super friendly and the food is great too! Lots of seating - great place to take a study break or just enjoy a good book in a relaxing atmosphere!

I walked in today, first the cashier didn't greet, I said good morning! How are you doing today? ... She just stared and me with a grumpy face. I placed my order and she gave me the wrong pastry...

What a cute place in East Aurora. Great selection and knowledgeable staff as well. We ordered chai didnt care that it had cinnamon on top but we scrapped it off and it was still good. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended going amd bringing a card game to play with a friend or in ky case a husband.

What a nice place to chill, work, and eat. This place is more than a coffee shop. That have a diverse selection of sandwiches, pastries, teas, and coffee-based beverages. Its a funky space with an extremely friendly staff in East Aurora. Would totally recommend.

My favorite coffee shop. Drinks are great and creative, and the food is delicious. Staff is always waiting with a smile.

Yummy lobster roll.

Really a nice spot. I had west coast toast and an Americano. Reasonably priced and a very nice vibe. Staff were super friendly. Definately give this place a try.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service. I have two favorite places in East Aurora for breakfast. The attitude and lack of service for our order makes me wish I would have gone to my the other place. I could have easily gone to a Starbucks. I like giving to local owners when I can. I do this 90% of the time in the DMV area. I will certainly rethink this in the future!

I came here with my girlfriend for lunch while we were out and about in the area. I'd never been before, but I can definitely see myself going back. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, the staff were very friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious! I don't remember the name of the sandwich that I had, unfortunately, but I enjoyed it very much!

Taste continues to be a great local coffee shop and cafe under it's new ownership. The drinks are just as good as ever and the food has gotten even better!

This was one of the stops on our Delicious East Aurora food tour. We had s Hubbard in the cupboard salad and an ET mocha. Amazing!

They make really good tea lattes (and regular lattes too, but their options for the tea lattes are way better than other places, cough, like Starbucks, cough haha)

Food is great, and the drinks are great! But the prices have gotten kind of high, and sometimes the wait is long, even for 1 drink. So I'm 50/50 with the place lol

French toast was awesome and I added eggs and bacon too. Liked the ambience and the staff was very friendly and cordial. Coffee was decent and I ordered to go a strawberry shortcake muffin and a slice of apple caramel pie. Definitely reccomend.

It took 40 minutes to get our food after it was ordered. My sandwich was supposed to be served hot, but instead it was room temperature at best. The service was poor and I don’t think I will return.

I love their food, I love their atmosphere, I love their coffee. It's just such a wonderful place to visit. They also have some fun board games to play if you want to occupy yourself while you consume said good food.

Rustic with a great selection of warm drinks and tasty eats. Great local roaster.

Excellent coffee. I got the iced Carmel latte and my wife the mocha Latte. Bring your own straw if you need one. They have metal and silicone ones for purchase if you want. Check them out, very good .
